Rift Adventure: A Tax Education RPG 2D Platformer

Rift Adventure by GameBrew Studio is a 2D platformer that combines action, adventure, and RPG elements with a retro pixel art style. The game aims to educate and raise awareness of tax education, citizenship, and the consequences of our actions. The game follows the story of an adventurer who embarks on a quest to rescue his best friend and adventure partner, who has been possessed and kidnapped by an evil being from the underworld.

The game offers numerous adventure stages, where the player can collect treasures, interact with NPC citizens, and buy items and resources with the money earned from their adventures. At the end of each stage, the player returns to their city, where they can rest and heal. It is at this point that the player's actions start to influence not only themselves but the entire city. The game encourages players to think about the real function of taxes on products and the consequences of making cheaper and more immediate decisions.
